Reliability of Zebec Chain

While other L1s are an option, they do not offer the transactions per second that Solana has or that Zebec requires.

Zebec Chain will use Zk-rollups to achieve unthinkable scalability.

Our target at the moment, given our current design and technology, is 700,000 by creating a zk-rollup chain.
