Getting your card

Step-by-step walkthrough for issuing your first Zebec Card from Enterprise Payroll.

This walkthrough takes you from opening the Cards section for the first time to holding a ready-to-use Zebec card. The journey below shows a Silver card; the steps are the same for Carbon.

1. Complete your profile

The first time you open Cards, you are asked to fill in your details: name, billing address, and contact information.

Complete your profile

These details are linked to every card you issue, so enter them carefully:

  • Your email and mobile phone are used to deliver your card and any wallet tokens (e.g. Apple Pay).

  • In jurisdictions that require identity verification, these details must match your identity documents exactly.

You only do this once.

2. Choose and load a card

Pick the card program you want:

  • Silver — single-load, spend the balance and you are done.

  • Carbon — reloadable, top it up whenever you like.

See Cards for payees for a comparison, fees, and limits.

Each card has a minimum and maximum load amount. You can load it with any funds available in your wallet — for example pay you have withdrawn from your streamed payroll.

Enter the amount you want to load. The screen shows exactly what you pay and what the card will hold.

3. Pay on-chain

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the crypto payment.

Once the payment confirms on-chain, you will see a success message with the transaction hash. Your card is now being issued.

4. Check your email

Within a couple of minutes you will receive an email from notification@mypaymentvault.com with the subject "Your Zebec Card Has Arrived!".

If it is not in your inbox, check your Spam folder.

Card confirmation email

The email contains an action button and a unique token.

5. Confirm your details

Clicking the button takes you to a secure card portal. Your profile details are shown one more time — this is your last chance to correct them.

Confirm your payment profile

Make sure everything matches your identity documents. Incorrect information here will fail against the documents you upload in the next step.

6. Verify your identity (some jurisdictions)

In certain jurisdictions (for example the UK and EU) identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the card can be issued.

You will see a QR code. Scan it with your phone's camera and follow the instructions on your phone — you will be asked to photograph your passport or ID. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.

Do not refresh the page while verifying — it can interrupt the process.

Once your document is uploaded, verification usually completes within minutes. You can wait on the page or close it: you will receive an email with the result and a link back to your card.

7. Confirm and issue

Back on the review screen, click Confirm to issue the card.

8. Your card is ready

Success — your card is issued and ready to use.

  • Note down the card details (number, expiry, CVV) or use Print Version.

  • On a mobile device, tap Add to Apple Wallet, Add to Google Pay, or Add to Samsung Wallet to pay contactless straight away.

You can also add the card to your mobile wallet later from the Zebec Mobile SuperApp.

You can close this window once done.

9. See your card in your dashboard

Back in your payroll dashboard, the Cards section now lists your new card along with its balance and status.
